Description
Semorelin (GRF 1-29) is a Growth Hormone Releasing Hormone It is actually 1-129 in the GH polypeptide chain- thus the GRF 1-29. This is believed to be the first fully functional chain in the GH polypeptide sequence.
Semorelin exerts stimulatory effects on the pituitary gland causing increased production of GH. This increase in GH production results in a corresponding increase in IGF productions as well.
This substance is actually used as a test for GH secretion. As is most often the case the most effective use of this GHRH is in combination with a GHRP such as GHRP-6 or GHRP-2.
This is one of the earlier GHRH and is still just as effective and probably even more popular today than the day it was introduced.
