iPT-141 (bremolanotide) is a metabolite of the peptide Melanotan II. While Melanotan II has a direct effect on sexual desire, iPT-141 appears to have isolated and dramatically compounded this effect.

It has been proven in research to be extremely effective at inducing sexual arousal. It is effective in both male and female research subject although it appears female subject require a slightly higher dosage. Its effects are mediated by the central nervous system, unlike pde5 inhibitors such as Liquid V (V) or Tadafil (Cia) who effects are mediated via the vascular system. The direct mechanism of action remains unknown but the effects are irrefutable.

This brings up an interesting point. In your research a combination of iPT-141 + pde5 inhibitor (Cia or V) would be the most potent available options at this time. The effects would be astounding.
