Nolvadex/Tamoxifen (Tamox) is a selective estrogen receptor modulator (SERM). A SERM is an antagonist of estrogen receptors in the body, but also with some agonist action as well. Tamox is mostly researched for its anti-estrogenic actions which it exhibits by binding to some (not all) receptors in place of estrogen. This leads to a lessened estrogenic effect in those tissues and has led to its spread use in breast cancer and Gynecomastia research.
Tamox has also shown a very positive effect on luteinizing hormone (LH), follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), testosterone and sperm concentrations. This is big news for Infertility research and treatment. LH and FH play a big role in the development of sperm and testosterone. Without these hormones properly functioning at their correct levels a loss of fertility may be seen, along with declined Testosterone levels. Tamox has shown very promising in research for this effect along with its anti-estrogenic effects in selective tissues.
We are proud to over you only the highest quality Tamox for all your research needs.
